The Connecticut Association of Health Underwriters (CT AHU) is starting off 2023 with a new name as our national organization rebrands to theNational Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). Our Connecticut Chapter will now be known as NABIP-CT! Effective immediately, we will be using our new name on all communications and branding moving forward. While we will make all the necessary official changes over the coming months, remember to keep an eye out for NABIP-CT communications through your inbox and on social media, as it will take a bit to get used to the new name!
What do I need to know now?
Please save [email protected] as a contact. This is the new primary email address that NABIP-CT will be using for member communications. Please also save [email protected], as this will be the primary email address that National will be using for dues notices, etc. Check your spam and junk filters frequently to ensure that any email addresses associated with NABIP-CT.org or NABIP.org are marked “not as junk” so that you do not miss communications moving forward.

The new tagline for NABIP is “Shaping the Future of Healthcare.” This protects the association’s legacy of leadership while representing our current role in the modern healthcare industry. During every phase of the rebranding initiative, it is critical to respect our association’s rich history and provide a clear direction for our current and future value proposition. As a result, this new brand speaks to our evolving role as responsible and respected advocates and thought leaders. While our name will change, our mission and vision will remain the same: We believe that all Americans should be empowered to make wise healthcare and benefits decisions and have access to high-quality, affordable healthcare and related services.
Now more than ever, NABIP-CT has the support and resources to fulfill our mission, help our members and their clients navigate the industry and reach potential new members across the State. We look forward to what is to come in 2023 and beyond!
